This position supports the Treasurer in maintaining and reporting financial data for the organization. Under limited supervision, responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements, processing bi-weekly payroll, and assisting with annual budgets. Additional duties involve accounts payable, bank reconciliations, cash management, bank deposits, procurement, and audit preparation. The role also helps implement and manage financial systems in compliance with legal regulations, GAAP, and government reporting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience in government or public sector finance preferred

• CMA, CPA, or CGFO certification preferred

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Salary Range: $57,000 – $69,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience
