Job Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Property Manager to oversee single-family rental homes in the Lexington area. You’ll handle leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and property upkeep. You must either be licensed or in the process of getting your South Carolina Property Manager license.

Job Description

• List and show rental properties

• Screen tenants and sign leases

• Handle tenant questions and requests

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance

• Collect rent and track payments

• Communicate with property owners

• Ensure compliance with state laws

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Property Manager license (or actively working to get licensed)

• Good communication and organization skills

• Experience with leasing or property management is a plus

• Knowledge of local rental laws and Fair Housing rules is helpful

• Comfortable with property management software and basic computer skills

Compensation

• Base Salary: $41,600/year

• Commission: Earn a percentage of first month’s rent for new leases

• Bonuses: Additional bonuses for lease renewals, high occupancy, or strong performance
