Office Partner/ Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Partner/ Assistant  to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable juggling a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input incoming leads into the CRM system and assign to appropriate vendors or team members

  • Create proposals using our pre-set system for review by leadership

  • Perform data entry for quote tracking and job costing

  • Answer phones and handle general office support duties

  • Provide light social media assistance (a plus, but not required)

  • Assist with managing interns in the future as the team grows

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

  • Work collaboratively in an office where staff members may come and go throughout the day

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (QB Knowledge+++)

  • Previous administrative or operations experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

  • Social media familiarity is a bonus
