Office Partner/ Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Partner/ Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable juggling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Input incoming leads into the CRM system and assign to appropriate vendors or team members

Create proposals using our pre-set system for review by leadership

Perform data entry for quote tracking and job costing

Answer phones and handle general office support duties

Provide light social media assistance (a plus, but not required)

Assist with managing interns in the future as the team grows

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Work collaboratively in an office where staff members may come and go throughout the day
Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a background check

Proficiency in QuickBooks (QB Knowledge+++)

Previous administrative or operations experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Social media familiarity is a bonus
