JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, 1 hr lunch
Software: House Call Pro
Background Checks: 5-panel drug, SC Judicial Site, Sexual Predator Site, References if possible
- High School Diploma
- Canva Experience++++ for social media
- Database: HouseCall Pro – or similar software with data entry and dispatching
- Data Entry- test for accuracy and speed
- Appointment Booking
- Take good notes
- Friendly customer mindset
- Dispatch type position
- Follow scripts for company
- Deal well with upset and happy customers, do not react, but be problem solving person
- Dispatch background in service or plumbing industry is a+++
- Self- starter, work well alone or with owner
- Will eventually assist with Social Media-Canva (Social Media), MailChimp (Email Campaigns), CapCut (Video Editing). Works with excel.
- Customer Service Experience with a service based company such as: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pest control, auto mechanic, landscaping, etc. Anything that is a service a customer would call in to be scheduled and dispatched.
- Other skills: self starter, works well independently, pleasant phone presence, managing multiple tasks while answering phones and scheduling
Benefits
After 90 days, employees start earning PTO at 4 hours per payroll which is every two weeks. It amounts to 13 days a year if eligible for the full year. We have 6 paid holidays, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
We go through the marketplace for health insurance. We do give $100 a month if the employee has health insurance coverage.
After 60 days being full time, we offer Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, Accidental Death, Indemnity, Critical Illness. Those are group rates that are employee paid. We just started offering a gym membership to our employees that we cover half of the membership. After one year they are eligible for 401K at up to 4% match.
