Perm/ Temp to Perm

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (optional 1-hr lunch)
Compensation:  $50,000 +/ year (DOE)
Benefits: No health benefits

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Mortgage Processing experience

• Residential loans only

• In-office position (no remote)

• Comfortable with inbound/outbound phone calls

Responsibilities:

• Process residential mortgage loans from application to closing

• Communicate with clients and third parties

• Manage higher volume during busy months (Spring/March)
