Job Description:  Seeking full-time technician for the water, fire/smoke and mold mitigation. Technicians will report to a project manager and be responsible for high level customer service. You will be responsible for performing all phases of restoration and remediation work in commercial and residential properties. Duties will include water extraction and mitigation, fire/smoke and mold remediation, demolition and cleanup.

Must adhere to company values, culture, policies and procedures and have a proven belief in serving the customer in their time of need, customer satisfaction, workmanship, professionalism and safety, both as an individual and as a team member.

We work in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, high noise levels, on ladders, in attics and under homes performing water extraction, setting up drying systems, monitoring the drying process and detailed documentation of work daily as the job progresses. We place a high value on care of our equipment and fleet vehicles. Regular cleaning and maintenance tasks are required. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. All PPE and tools will be provided. All techs are on a rotating on-call schedule with company vehicle during on-call week. Typically, one week every 2 months.

You must be detail-oriented, be available and have on-time reliability. We require a pre-employment screening not limited to a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, DOT Physical and a background check.
